Al Pastor and Carne Asada Tacos are served on 2 warm 4.5” Taquero corn torllas, a pile of that chopped tender meat that you crave, fresh and crunchy chopped cilantro and white onion, a generous splash of the scratch made salsa of your choice! You’ll find a fresh lime wedge for squeezin’ of course.
Our Ensenada Style Fried Fish Tacos are hand beer baered Pacific Cod, fried crispy in healthy and delicious beef tallow. All that crispyliciousness is served on a 5.5” grilled flour torlla and topped with crunchy shredded white cabbage and fresh Pico de Gallo, ours has a hint of fresh jalapeno. A fresh lime wedgie is along for the ride, as usual. If you like some creamy spice in your life we recommend trying our feisty Roasted Jalapeno- Cucumber Crema for the win!
Big Grilled Burritos and Bowls rule at Taco Fix! Our large and XL flour torllas are stuffed with all the good stuff, like a generous sprinkle of our tasty RicoRice, a good schmear of creamy and flavorful PEPintos, a pile of the delicious protein you crave, crunchy fresh chopped cilantro and white onions, and plenty of the mouth-watering salsa of your choosing! Add some Pickled Pink (red onion) or fresh Guacamole for a treat as special as you! Try a Bare Burrito or Bowl if you want to get your meatless on! We do get excited about good food around here!
Breakfast Tacos, Burritos, and Bowls are heavy with “kickin’-your-day-off-right” goodness. Fresh local Chorizo, eggs, Papas Fritas tots (fried in healthy beef tallow), creamy Chihuahua cheese, a bit of cilantro and onions and your choice of our delicious scratch made salsas. Then we lose our minds and crust the outside with more premium Chihuahua Cheese! Get some!
Our PEPintos are beany yet creamy and never dry! Flavored with yummy garlic and citrus they are a delicious addion to any visit to Taco Fix
Our golden RicoRice is as fluffy and tasty as you will find anywhere, and it pairs well with our PEPinto beans in our Bare Burritos & Bowls for a sasfying meatless treat, although not vegan.
Be sure to try the Elote Street Vendor Style Corn on the Cob. Delicious sweet corn, creamy mayo, covered in lots of sharp Coja cheese (Mexican Parm), fresh ground fruity Guajillo chile powder, and finally spritzed with fresh lime juice for a special treat!
